    Name, email address, phone number, company name, project information, message and any voluntarily attached PDF document.

    Purpose and legal basis

    Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and managing business relationships. The legal basis is consent and steps taken before entering into a contract.

    Retention

    Data from unsuccessful enquiries is retained for no longer than 12 months. If a business relationship is established, applicable legal and accounting periods apply.

    Processors and transfers

    We may use hosting, database and file-storage providers to operate the site and form. Only data necessary for providing the service is transferred.

    Your rights

    You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and withdraw consent by contacting info@codius.hu. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

    Cookies and analytics

    The site may use storage necessary for operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are only used with prior consent.

    Security

    We use access controls, encrypted transport and server-side file validation. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

    Google Analytics and your consent

    We load Google Analytics (provider: Google) only after you allow analytics. Its purpose is to measure page visits and successfully submitted enquiries to improve the website. Measurement may process page information, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers that distinguish visits. We do not send the text entered into the enquiry form to analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent use of the site or enquiry form. Withdrawal stops further measurement; requests about previously collected data can be sent to info@codius.hu.
