    • At least 3 years of Node.js experience in production
    • Confident with Express.js or a similar framework
    • PostgreSQL experience; MongoDB is a plus
    • RESTful API design; GraphQL knowledge is a plus
    • Git-based teamwork and code review habits
    • Docker familiarity; cloud (AWS/Azure) is a plus
